Modular Air-Cooled Chiller (Heat Pump)

Based on over two decades of R&D, design and application experience, GALX˚C is keep launching new eco-friendly modular units. The structure, system and program of the original model are improved, and special models for comfort and processing scenarios are also designed. The eco-friendly modular unit is full-features and comes in various specifications. The benchmark module includes 66kW, 100kW, and 130kW, supporting combination of different modules. Up to 16 modules can be combined. The supported capacity ranges from 66kW to 2080kW. Modular air-cooled chiller (heat pump) has no cooling water system. The pipeline is simple and the installation is flexible. Not too much investment is required and the construction is not time consuming. Phased-investment is also supported. It is widely applicable to villas, hotels, hospitals, office buildings, restaurants, supermarkets, cinemas, and other commercial, industrial, and civil buildings.

High-Efficiency Compliant Scroll Compressor

The unit adopts the fully-enclosed high-efficiency scroll compressor of an international well-known brand, and the optimized scroll plate
and sealing ring design. This not only effectively reduces leakage of the refrigerant, but greatly improves the volumetric efficiency of the
compressor. In addition, the one-way air discharge valve can avoid refrigerant back-flow and ensure safe and stable operation of the
compressor under all operating conditions.

 

EXV Control

The electronic expansion valve is precisely adjusted for precise opening according to the load demand of the system to realize the dynamic matching of the refrigerant system. In addition, the reaction mechanism is rapid and accurately, effectively improving the operating energy efficiency of the unit.

Unique Energy Regulation

GALX˚C unique patented design can effectively balance the water inlet and outlet temperature difference of modular unit under partial

load, reduce water temperature fluctuation, and thus increase the unit energy efficiency and the anti-freezing capacity of water-side heat
exchanger.

The coil passes air tightness test before delivery to ensure no leakage.

Smart Air Flow Regulation

The single modular unit can automatically turn on fans of proper number based on the ambient temperature. This maintains stable unit pressure, small water temperature fluctuation, and allows for wider cooling and heating range of the unit.

Microcomputer control system adopts GALX˚C self-developed control procedure to implement various control functions.

Various Control Functions

GALX˚C installation and design of the differential pressure gauge is patented. TICA replaces the traditional plastic tube with stainless steel tube. The joint is
sealed with a rubber seal to effectively solve the problem of air leakage and differential pressure pointer jitter caused by insufficient strength of the connecting
pipe of the differential pressure gauge.
