The TFW series fan wall unit is an energy-efficient product with a modular design to meet the needs of transportation and modern data center construction. In-depth CFD simulation analysis, optimize airflow organization, reduce internal airflow pressure drop, and reduce fan power consumption. At the same time, the large surface of the finned heat exchanger minimizes the proximity temperature between the intake air and the outlet water, maximizing system efficiency.
The system is simple, and some components can still be partially cooled when they fail, which ensures more reliable operation of the unit. The redundant design of the system has a very low risk of unit failure.
Reasonable product layout, larger ventilation area, in-depth CFD simulation and pursuit of the best airflow organization, equipped with EC fan, higher efficiency, AER ≤ 0.2.
The wind wall is designed with a single-sided maintenance channel, which can maintain all parts on one side very well, and the operation and maintenance are convenient.

The maintenance door designed by aviation technology is foamed as a whole, with high strength and small deformation. The double knife edge seal has no leakage. At the same time, it is equipped with a safety pressure relief device to ensure the safe operation of the maintenance door.

Winner of innovation award from ARI: Emerson digital variable-capacity compressor.
The compressor controls the movement of its scroll within a very narrow range via control of the action and time PWM valve, and changes the rise and
engagement of the fixed scroll to regulate the cycle time of “load” and “unload” and therefore to implement varying capacity and control of the capacity output
(continuously adjustable in the range of 10-100%).
Reliable system without electromagnetic interference.
